Accessibility at Oktoberfest DTLV
At Oktoberfest Downtown Las Vegas, we are committed to creating an event that is welcoming, inclusive, and accessible to all guests. Everyone should be able to celebrate Bavarian culture, music, and community—comfortably and with dignity.
Accessible Entry & Parking
East Fremont Street will be closed to vehicle traffic during the event. However, nearby public and private parking facilities include accessible spaces in accordance with local regulations. These spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and require a valid government-issued accessible placard or license plate.
Street Surface & Navigability
Oktoberfest DTLV is an open-air event taking place on the paved streets and sidewalks of the Fremont East Entertainment District. The terrain is flat and accessible, and all existing ADA ramps and sidewalks will remain unobstructed. Businesses along East Fremont will remain fully accessible throughout the event.
Restrooms
ADA-compliant portable restrooms will be available at every restroom location across the festival site. All restroom areas are clearly marked on the venue map for ease of navigation.
Service Animals
Service animals that are individually trained to perform tasks for individuals with disabilities are welcome. Please note that emotional support, therapy, or comfort animals do not qualify as service animals under ADA guidelines.
Medical Needs
First aid stations staffed by licensed medical personnel will be available on-site. If you require specific accommodations for medical or accessibility needs (such as medication refrigeration or designated rest areas), please reach out in advance so we can assist.
